Rodger (Resident of Selangor), Sir Frank Swettenham (Resident-General), Sultan Ahmad (Pahang), Sultan Abdul Samad (Selangor), Sir Charles Mitchell (British High Commissioner), Sultan Idris (Perak), Tuanku Muhammad (Yand di Pertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan) and W.H. Treacher (Resident of Perak).
