Thailand: Phra Buddha Sihing Shrine, Nakhon Sri Thammarat

The Phra Buddha Sihing shrine in Nakhon Si Thammarat contains one of Thailand's most revered Buddha images, the Phra Sihing Buddha. This replica was cast from a Sri Lankan image orignally cast in 157 CE and brought to the town in the 13th century.
