Japan: Advertising poster for Takara Shochu, 1935

Two military officers - army and navy toast each other with glasses of Takara shochu. Shochu is a medium strength Japanese liqour, usually around 25 percent alcohol, stronger than beer or sake, but not as potent as whisky or vodka.
